Synergy Appraisal Services is a full-service residential appraisal firm.  What does that mean?  It means that Synergy Appraisal Services has full control and accountability over its appraisal products and services. 

Our staff appraisers are professional and experienced and represent the best in the industry, with most of them being certified to perform appraisals over the million dollar loan amount.  Synergy Appraisal Services does not hire trainees, nor do we allow our appraisers to have trainees.  Our appraisers reside within close proximity to their territories to ensure comprehensive knowledge of unique factors driving specific markets. We have one-on-one relationships with our appraisers, who are fully accountable to us. 

  We hire individual appraisers who meet rigorous standards. We do not hire or contract with other large appraisal          

companies, whereby losing control of the products and service we offer.

Synergy Appraisal Services is a large appraisal firm and not merely an appraisal or vendor management company.

Synergy Appraisal Services has an office team  who has full authority to execute our clients’ service plans.  In addition, our fully licensed and/or certified review team enforces quality control measures to ensure that each appraisal is accurate and impeccable.  All appraisals are tracked internally and each appraiser is monitored for turn around time and accuracy.  Every completed report goes through Synergy Appraisal Services Quality Control department to ensure that it is impeccable before being delivered to the client.
